Hey guys, could i mix Creatine, Caffeine, BCAA's and L-arganine all together as a pre workout?
would any of the ingredients cancel each other out? or would this work to have the effect of all of them?

ill do the creatine with my post wo shake. does the other 3 sound alright to mix for pre though?

whats a good starting dosage for arganine? never used it
