Austinite, please make a protocol for people with severe skin problems

I'm not sure how many others on this board have some real bad skin but i have severe eczema & mild psoriasis. There has to be some kind of protocol for healthier looking & feeling skin besides my usual meds which i'm tired of rubbing on my body all damn day.

Interesting. I might be able to come up with something to give you healthier skin, but I don't know about psoriasis & eczema. I actually suffer from hyperpigmentation allover my body. Not a good look. I have yet to resolve that. I'll study up on those and see if there's anything out there, but I can't endorse anything I haven't used myself. would be just a suggestion.

I'll take anything at this point. Summer is here & i walk outside and i literally want to tear my skin off.

I have both conditions. My psoriasis is pretty well controlled but the eczema is no holding down. I'm on steroid meds for both. The eczema causes me to scratch at my skin leaving ugly scabs & marks. Sheets are constantly being changed because of blood. Thank god i have an understanding girlfriend.

I hate having this & honestly want to put a stop to it. I workout too hard to look great. I want to compete in bodybuilding & how am i suppose to do that when my skin makes me too embarrassed to take off my shirt.

I understand. I see people at the lake all the time, I would put them all to shame but I don't like taking my shirt off. sucks... I dont have any scabbing though, just pigmentation.

Yea, mine is mainly wounds from the scratching because it feels like your skin is on fire.

my friend has hyper pigmentation too, he's turning white, i call him Michael Jackson lol..

lmao. Whitening is the most common "attempted" treatment, but a poor choice.
