Hey guys what do you think of the Horleys Ice whey?
32.9G Protein, 0.6 Carbs, 0.3 Fat, 0.2 Sugar / per serving
sounds pretty good besides it costing $150AU for 3kg
would it be worth it though?

btw, you are paying Waaaay too much!
is this an Australian thing? can you otherwise access protein powder?
i'll check out that protein, thanks
well yeah australia is very expensive when it comes to supplements.
i can access cheaper WPI protein powders around $25 a kilo (thats cheap in aus lol)
i was just curious about the nutrition about this one in particular
things always get expensive when you expect too much from it.
if you want protein powder, then just get protein powder. I prefer the isolate, as it is very easily metabolized, and minimizes farting (for me anyways).
if you want BCAA, then just get BCAA, if you want glutamine, then just get glutamine.
you will always pay a premium when that shit is mixed in there for you. Save yourself a couple of bucks and mix it yourself, if that is what you want to take.
and dont' forget your creatine and arginine....
ok yeah i get ya! so just break it down and buy in cheap bulk
yeah i have most of those (besides glutamine)
i guess ill just stick to my first choice of bulk WPI
thanks heaps =]
just to show you the price difference here in aus. they protein link you gave me, the same one here is $145 on special lol
