Hello bros & sisters need opinions & suggestions
Currently starting week for of test prop 100 eod (first cycle) started at 205 14% bf slightly visible abs, now after 20 days I'm at 12% 206.5 pounds abs are beginning to form nicely shoulders veins visible but not thick. My question is about a few supplements that promote better vascularity/ oxygen flow . I have read up a lot on Glycer grow by controlled labs & seems to have good reviews & also though about buying L-arginine, agmatine sulfate , & glutamine for better recovery. Also have 4 weeks worth of WINSTROL that I could add week 4-8 of my cycle . What are your suggestions on what I should take. Maybe test prop 1-8 100mg eod, winstrol 4-8 (20,50,50,50) and a blend of arginine , agmatine, glutamine, micronized creatine for pumps & vascularity , MAYbe even the Glycer grow , open to suggestions & advice. Would appreciate it a lot. Thx -MILO

You won't need or want any of those pump supps on prop and winny.

^^ i agree . Vascularity comes with low body fat and good training . More blood to the muscles the better the vascularity . Spend that supplement money for some quality foods and you will be amazed

Yeah first cycle. Did oral only before dumbest decision . I have NOLVADEX & clomid, I can probably get HCG as well but im 20 days in . Should I start hcg week 5-8? Yeah I agree, will get the aminoes herbs minerals & spend $$$ on good. I'm mostly eating 4 whole eggs ,pound of chicken breast a day, pound of fish, 2 30g protein shakes, (brown rice, black beans,oats, 2bananas,grapefruit 250-300g carbs). 120 gram fat( olive oil, eggs, avocadoe, peAnut butter, fish oil, flaxseed).
