Supplements for women ??
So with all the daily items I take. My finace is trying to do it right way this time, and no "quick fixes", but shejust asked me if she should be taking anything on a daily basis. And I could not answer this for her besides for her daily multi.
Any suggestions?

What are her goals? Or are we talking about general basics here?

Thanks aust! Still got a ways to go so . But those engagement pics are coming too so we both wanna look are best.
Well I'm also looking for anything for general daily health she should or can be taking. Not just for weight loss. I told her to sign up here, but not much knowledge for women here :/.

Well, from my recent usage and heavy dive into research on Pycnogenol, I'd highly recommend it for women.
Better blood flow
Healthier Skin
Easier to handle menstrual pains
Protects against free radicals
Increased endurance
Really quite an amazing drug. Not cheap, though.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

So long as she's eating well, I wouldn't worry about anything past a multivitamin.

Lol thanks for the reply guys. But think Mis understood what I was originally asking. Just general day to day supplements. For example I take arg, cil, maca, horny goat, liv 52, nac, multi, cialis. Is there anything besides a multi she can be taking?
Aust asked her goals and that's why I said to lose some weight. But the training and dieting we are getting done for now.
But I think Bonapartes answer is probably the best answer I will get. But going to also look in aust suggestion.
Sorry for confusion

yeah, lmao. He's asking for supps, not food. Food applies to everyone on earth.
