    What to use for appetite suppression.

    I was just wonder if anyone's supplementing with something for your appetite while dieting.

    Water and supposidly the ECA stack suppresses appetite but I've never noticed that effect

    5-HTP has been tested to be effective for appetite suppression (3 separate double-blind studies). Also, as Skaz mentioned, try ECA. It works for me but I can't stand the restlessness sometimes. Haven't been on it for over 5 years.
