ADVICE on proper supplementation
hi there, im noob here , been working out just a couple of months, i get back after a serious injury, my weight was 77 before working out now im 85 , and im looking to bulk all i can , im 1.83 of height, 35 yrs, im ectomorph..but with a bit belly fat , im 18% as of now, mi work out is at 4pm i finish around 6 , i was reading animal pak sucks, i also have vpx-medivin, i have dimatize whey and casein, glutamine, aminoacids, efas, thyrovex,l-carnitine, max fussion... just want to know what of this supplements im using are complete Horse--iet , or when to properly use them and, what supplements u people would advice me to use ..tx
