    Whey or Protein Blend ?

    want to know which more effective ?

    I do whey, if I need some longer digestible Ill add milk and cottage cheese.

    Depends on your diet.

    I dont need the blends(egg albumin, casein...) I have plenty of that in my diet.

    I do whey post workout and sometimes as a meal replacement mixed with frozen banana, berries and oats.

    You can but I wouldn't.

    I do right after workout whey+water and 45min later my pwo meal( 200g cooked chicken+350-400g cooked rice)

    Thanks mate. The reason I get protein blend is my time table kind of busy, when I have no time to eat I can just have my protein blend first.
