    How to know which supplement suits my body ?

    Hello members,
    I just want to know which supplement suits my body for building mass. I cannot try everything one by one. I have already tried ON serious mass, cytogainer. But no result. Please help.

    I do have a proper diet. Apart from that i want a help on supplement as well.

    If you are getting no results in building mass then your diet is off. Possibly your training too.

    What are your stats?

    24yrs of age weighing 126lbs. Height 5.6. I dont look skinny now. I am ripped. Got the shape and i am cut. But i want to build more mass

    I see some decent genetics there, you really need to eat to bring it all out. I know you said you have a great diet, but I urge you to have it evaluated by the experienced professionals in the nutrition section.

    Thanks austinite. That was my 3 months of effort. I will do check the nutrition section. i did not understand this part. "thread in my sig". where should i check ??

    If your cut. Don't worry too much about trying bulk quick. As you get older your metabolism will slow. Focus on diet and your workout routine size will come in time.
