    Joints??

    Joint pain in shoulders and knees!! I already take fish oils, but after more research. I am finding that flax seed and gelatin supps can help with not only joint but also with recovery!!

    Thoughts/expercience/feedback!?!?

    Glucosamine takes awhile to start working(3weeks)

    I do fish oils and good diet and lift really heavy and have no problems so far!

    Nobody wants to know your nuts stats lol whatever that is but you may wanna try MSM. Many members here use it

    I've tried everything. glucosamine only has a marginal impact, yet is relatively expensive when buying in bulk.

    the only thing I take is MSM, 5 grams a day forever. A few members have taken my advice and then come back and thank me for helping them out. MSM is very inexpensive (5lbs for $34, about a 15month supply)

    This is where I get mine:

    MSM Granules 1 pound

    MSM works slowly, and you will not notice any improvements for at least a month. So be patient.

    It works due to it's ability to improve collegen synthesis and it is a mild anti inflammatory agent.

    Times Roman* That website is awesome. Have you tried the whey protein Iso? I have been looking for a clean whey with no additives. I prefer to add my own flavor if any.

    Got MSM today washed it down in water!! Tastes awful!!!!! Defiinetly mixing into something good tonight. Really looking forward to results in a few weeks. I don't wont to take time off from gym until my vacation this summer.

    if you think MSM tastes awful, wait til you try arginine powder (taste like a mild dead fish), or worse, NAC.

    What ever I take, I seldom mix with anything, just straight in the mouth and wash it down with water.

    Well in that case I will take the arginine first and chase it with the MSM! lol. Im already getting funny looks from people as Im chugging egg whites and scooping Creatine in my mouth. Now I get to add bitter beer face with these pleasant flavors.

    Just do a cycle of deca . That'll lubricate your joints real well.

    I have been using MSM since times recommended it and my pain has been reduced. I agree with Times I put a scoop in my mouth and wash it down.

    It will kill whatever you mix it with. Best to just dump it into your mouth and wash it down. TR has it right. I tried it in a protein shake and it was horrible.

    I mix mine in a small amount of juice with my micro creatine and gulp it down. Get's them both done. I took TR's advice on MSM as well and it definitely made a difference for me.

    Remember joint pain can come from E2 issues as well!

    Mix all the nasty stuff in a shot of water with citruline and you won't taste a thing. The citrulline taste like a strong shot of lemon water, but mask the taste of MSM & Arginine...

    I haven't gotten citrulline yet. When I do I will give it a try.

    Currently I use: fish oil, multi vita, Milk thistle and MSM every morning and before bed. C-4 and bcaa for pre/during workout drink. Once the c-4 is gone i plan mixing my own.
