    Just seen them once lol did't know any thing about them. So they help with joint strength ?

    Gaspaco is right MSM is better and cheaper than glucosamine and chondroitin.

    From my research. There are a lot of people who believe that glucosamine can cause insulin resistance. Which will make you gain weight more easily. Because your body will have a harder time regulating blood sugar levels.

    Also I would think that if you are insulin resistant you probably wont be getting the full advantage of your IGF-1. So I would think it may inhibit growth to some point as well. (Personal thought, I have not seen literature showing this.)

    I'm with them. I use MSM. It seems to work. And so far I haven't found anything negative on it.
