Can BCAAs replace Protein shake?
as the tittle. Can BCAAs replace Protein shake as PWO ?
and what is the advantage to do this ?

No. Protein shakes are considered to be meal replacements; providing a usable amount of calories and macronutrients. BCAA's will provide the isolated Amino Acids.

Are you trying to find something for pwo? I take bcaas before/during workout pwo is usualy a shake and somesort of carbs

The 3 AA's that make up BCAA's don't need the liver for protein synthesis. That makes them readily available in your blood very quickly. So fast, that you should supplement immediately before and halfway through your workout. Note that speed of delivery is just speed and does not mean it will give you any better results.
Technically, you can supplement anytime. If you're not concerned with using/spending too much, take it before, during and after .~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~
