Vitamin K - thoughts?
Should we supplement? Looking at food sources, I eat very few and even then, you would have to eat large amount to hit the 100-125 mcg daily requirement for an adult male.
What's your thoughts?

Nope.
Unless you have an issue clotting, there's no need for it. Higher doses can cause harm. And even then, it should be under a doctors care.
Use CoQ10 instead.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Do you bleed easily/excessively? If not, you don't need more Vitamin K.
