Hoping for bulking help from Austinite???

Anyone else's opinion is appreciated as well. Just respect Austinite's knowledge on supplements.

I was planning on using Whey and Casein proteins along with Gaspari Size On (Workout days) and O.N Creatine monohydrate (off days)

I had great results with Size On last year. I will post up a link for a nutrition table.

But my question is, would I be better off to use your supplement guide for pre, post, and bed? Coupled with the Whey, Casein and regular O.N. Creatine Mono and proper nutrition of course. Probably starting 500cal over TDEE.

    I am all natural BTW..

That's a lot of sugar my friend. Anyway, as for supplements, it really depends on what you choose to do. Remember that my protocol is extreme and not necessary. But you can strategically choose the supplements that will help you reach your goal and take them at the right time. If you refer to my protocol sheet, you can see in the notes when I take everything. You'll notice some are preworkouts, some are post. Follow that guide for the supplements you choose and let me know if you have any questions.

As far as bulking, I'm really not the one to advise you there. I personally don't do any type of shakes. Meal replacements are just not for me. Frankly, I don't bulk anymore. Really not easy to do without increasing fat cell size. But 500 over TDEE is not that bad and should yield decent results for you. Are you minding your macros or just counting calories?

Yeah thanks for the input. I hear ya on the fat cell size. I have done some reading and will be clean bulking from now on. I'm not going to allow myself to get over 15%bf. I was 220lbs at around 17-19%bf I have cut down to 190lbs with 8-10%. Just wanted to see how lean I could get. Might compete one day. But 6ft and 190 is not near big enough! lol My goal is 225lbs 10%>bf. Still training natural for now. Going to cycle down the road though.

BTW the sugar is high in size on, 37g about the same as a can of soda. But the sugar is supposed to help the creatine to get to the muscle. Not as bad as cell tech, that crap has like 72g of sugar! lol

By looking at Austinite's stats. I'm pretty sure he's a male. Definitely not DLB at 219lbs! lol
Even if Austinite is female. I don't see why it matters.

Oh and yes I track my macros. Can't be serious about bodybuilding if you don't in my opinion.
