I did once too. That was back in high school when I thought drinking whey protein shakes non stop was gonna get me jacked lol, what an idiot I was back then. I was just curious if people really use it and if it actually "works"

It works. But as you age and approach 40's, it becomes less effective, along with most secretagues.
