A buddy of mine swears by it when he is on a PH cycle. To me I see nothing great when I look at the label and I'm sure there are way better options out there. Possibly this is one of them "all natural" supplements?

Yeah it's great. But depends on the cost, I would compare it to NAC alone as that would suffice.
On a side note: PH cycles are complete garbage.
