    ZXT Bee Pollen

Anyone know anything about this bee pollen stuff?

All the girls in my town are going on about it for weight loss.

It's supposed to be a super food that contains antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins. The stuff is like $40 a bottle. My question is, is this stuff worth the money? And does it work?

Fat loss? I don't think so. Good for allergies though.

fawk no it aint worth the money.

hive owners harvest it as bee food for the off season, and they have been wondering for years what to do with the surplus.

Since Bee Pollen is primarily simple carbs, then aint no way in hell it will help with fat loss.

    "super food"?

    sorry.... fail!

Sounds good. I guess these people I know are getting the good ole placebo effect. And are probably just eating better. lol

It's supposed to contain 20% carbs, 20% protein, antioxidants plus vitamin C and so on... It's just another fad I suppose.
