Cyvita is a SCAM. - Erectile Dysfunction Drug... supposedly.
I just saw this commercial on TV. Basically they are making an attempt to steer Cialis and Viagra users over to Cyvita (Sigh-vee-ta). I was waiting till the end of the commercial for them to say "Ask your doctor about Cyvita", assuming for a moment that it was a prescription medication. My eyes popped out when they said to call and order. So I had to find out exactly what's in this drug.
I could not find the commercial I saw, but the one up top is similar. The one on TV just moments has a spokesman that says "Better than Viagra? More effective than Testosterone ? You decide..." -- Well, those are questions. They're playing it as legally safe as possible. They claim the studies/evidence is listed in the "Medical Journal of Adult Urology". Well, maybe I'm just tired and blind, but I can't find ANYTHING relating such publication. I did come across a few folks who found this to be a scam as well, and the rest of the sites lead to Cyvita related pages.
So let's have a look at the ingredients, shall we?
Carnitine. Yep. That's it! It contains a total of 2 grams of Propionyl L-Carnitine Hcl & Acetyl L-Carnitine Hcl.
What a freaking joke!! At least make an effort! Carnitine? Really?? These guys are BANKING right now.

Unless they're into fitness, my guess is that most of the general population has no idea what L-Carnitine or ALCAR even are, those that read labels that is, further dividing the number of people because I don't think many people read labels either. Sad but true.
My God, we have all of humanity's knowledge at our fingertips these days - no library trip, no spending hours viewing microfische, yet people don't use it before buying something. I don't feel sorry for them. A fool and his money are soon parted...

Lol. I'm apparently already supplementing with 'cyvita' since I take alcar every day. But I also take 5mg cialis twice a day... I'm stacking erectile dysfunction meds!?

No doubt that a lot of men who don't know any better and are too lazy/embarassed to talk to their doc will be running down to cvs this afternoon. I'm sure there will be some strong placebo feedback taking place.

Going off topic a bit....those cialis commercials are sort of scammish, as well. Go talk to your doc about cialis like I did....only to be told ins. covers it for bph only. A far cry from what the commercials imply. But, who cares...long live our sponser's liquid cia!!!!

Well, I don't think commercial is a scam, sounds like the doctor just needs to be further educated. Cialis is in fact approved for more than BPH.

See, you're in on the scam, aren't you?
I have great insurance. After talking to my doc, I called blue cross and they affirmed what he had said. Scam, I tell you!!

No austinite actually they were realistic..
They said its natural and in time you'd feel better sexually.. It's nothing like a PDE5 that you ll feel it kicking in 30 min.
I'm quoting now :
Results with VigRX Plus™ build over a period of 30-60 days...
... As the ingredients build up in your system!
But remember: once you've been taking VigRX Plus™ for 60 to 90 days, you must continue taking it to maintain the results. Otherwise the ingredients will slowly disappear from your system, and your previous sexual dissatisfactions will likely reoccur.

No side effects for me. What are you referring to as "alot", the pycnogenol or arginine? I've taken over 30 grams or arginine daily for extended periods with no ill effects. And high doses of Pyc.
3 grams or arginine is a very entry level dose. So is the pycnogenol that I recommended.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Austinite, I forgot to ask you one other question. Should this be taken all in one dosage? At any time of the day?
