What is the best multivitamin on the market?

Usually against this stuff but decided to give in anyway and get one.

Leaning towards ortho-core or maybe animal pak.

After some search I decided going for Myogenix Myovite ... a bit costly but seems to be pretty complete.

I use Source Naturals Life Force Multi. Uses good amounts of vitamins/minerals in comparison to most, and uses the better forms of vitamins which makes a huge difference. It can be found online fairly cheap in both a tablet or capsule version.

Animal Pak has always had a cult like following. People seem to love it.

I use animal pak and I like it but I think it is a little expensive.

Think ur better off simply taking seperate bits n mins depending on personal goals and requirements. But I've used "super multi vitamins" e.b seemed cheapest but. I don't anymore due to a reeducation from austinite.
