    I use the MRM branded Methyl B12 lozenges and confirmed they work via blood work.

    Yeah thats all good but nothing beat injectable b12. I agree that orally it must be metyhl cyclo to be effective at all. You would be hard pressed to find a company as concerned with quality than Jarrow...that being said arr inj b12 800mcg/day works very well for me.

    The 549 value was with just diet and the 702 was with a multi (use to take NOW Adam - no longer take).

    Always. I try to max out my binding capacity on a constant level. You can test your binding capacity, too.
