    Whey Protein VS. Bcaa

    Can ANYONE answer this question?

Which is better for lean muscle mass?

What product has the most the highest concentration of the big 3. (Isoleucine, taurine and leucine)?

Currently taking an Amino Complex along with whey protein powder. I understand the basics of these two products BUT trying to understand if there is a product that has all the CAA's and BCAA's?

As a "complete protein", whey contains all the aminos needed in the right proportions to build muscle.
BCAAs contain just the three most important ones for anabolism, but cannot build muscle alone.
EAAs are all the amino acids that your liver cannot synthesize (but EAAs can be synthesized into non-essential aminos as needed)

You're best off taking in enough complete protein and supplementing with additional BCAAs to kickstart anabolism or prevent catabolism at specific times.

Hey thanks bud! I wish there was a product that would contain all-in-one.
Sorry about having so few words to shed on your statement as I'm suffering an abscessed tooth! In so much pain. Also, I feel that my body is fighting an infection...can't seem to get enough sleep! I go tmrw for extraction...yay!

I have googled bro and that's why I posted the question...
Any suggestions on which is the best (its all relative I know) to you? I've seen several if your posts and have read some of your threads; I would appreciate any light shed in this subject.

There is no such thing as a good "all in one" product, since free form aminos are best taken alone for rapid absorption.

Why not take both... BCAA's will help with what the protein cant.
