It seems like a clean, healthy source of micronutrients. But I wouldn't expect anything astonishing. You could have saved yourself some money and just bought a superfood powder like "miracle greens". Don't use it as a meal, but it would go nicely alongside breakfast.

I have never heard of it. I am curious as to why you bought two bags of something not knowing if it was healthy for you and would assist you in achieving your goals. Unless you got a smoking deal then I kind of understand
