    Is corn silk good to take for kidney health? Is it a decent supplement to include?

    I know little about it myself but something I will research. I know drinking plenty of water every day
    is an easy way to obtain good kidney health.

    Thing is loaded with Vitamin K. So I would avoid it. Better off with Green Tea.

    Thanks austinite! I was looking into it as a precautionary measure, but think I will stay away... I appreciate your help!

    So long as you drink enough water and keep your BP in check, your kidneys should be fine (unless you're diabetic or have some other medical condition).
