Ok. Well, I don't have a crystal ball, Soomy.

This is like asking what type of gas is in my car.

Look at the label, and look at the ingredients. That will tell you what's in it, and you can then determine the source of carbs. At that stage, you can then see if it's a complex, or simple carb.

It's a mix. Mostly simple carbs.

Do a google search on simple and complex carbs and sources. You'll learn how to read labels.

How do you plan on making use of this info anyway?

Gainer supplements are over priced garbage. I like to make a quick shake with just some whey, oats, PB, milk and either some berries or a banana. Its a lot cheaper and you know exactly what your getting.

Well most of them are garbage, I haven't looked into every single weight gainer

The main ingredient is maltodextin, which is technically a complex carb, but is pretty awful.

Maybe I'm blind but I see the ingredients as a whole are simple carb dominant. Not that it matters, product sucks either way.

    Maltodextrin is an oligosaccharide.

I disagree with the terms simple or complex, it's mostly an irrelevant use of words whereas we should should focus on the insulin index or a Glycaemic load index.

In any event, it's processed insulin spiking shite!

MAKE YOUR OWN GAINER WITH WHEY AND POWDERED OATS AND MAYBE SOME NATTY PB.

Or maybe eat some real food.
    NO SOURCES GIVEN

I'd rather eat real food. Almost 100% of these powders are junk.

As far as commercial weight gainers go,,,I like Cytogainer the best. Most other brands are LOADED in sugar.
