    Multivitamin question

I am going to start a new protocol next month and would like some help.

I'm using Austinite's pre, post, and bed protocal of

    L-Arginine 2g
    L-Citrulline Malate 3g
    L-Lysine 2g
    L-Methionine 1g

    L-Cysteine 1g
    Vitamin C 2g

    L-Tyrosine 1g
    L-Glutamine 1.5g
    Magnesium Citrate 400mg

    Also
    D3 1000iu
    B12 1200mcg (oral)
    E 400iu
    MSM
    Fish Oil 1200mg
    Creatine 5g

Should I include a multivitamin? I usually just take Centrum because they're cheap. I didn't know if anything I was taking would interfere with a multi. I wouldn't think so because I'm not supplementing any metals. But let me know any tweaks to this protocol that I should make. Thanks

Multi vitamins will never hurt. Doubtful it would be noticeably beneficial, but there may be 1 or 2 vitamins and/or minerals of decent quantity. If you have it, might as well take it. But I wouldn't run to the store for it.

If anything, see if you can get something with Zinc and copper in it. No more than 1mg of copper and 30 to 50mg of zinc. Try to include vitamin C in your mix if possible.

    Great stack you got there.

I haven't the slightest on my current level. I have never been tested.
Was just the dose I found.

lol, I just noticed that you have C in there, sorry, disregard that.

Def. Get Vitamin D levels checked next time you get panels.

Most are inherently low in our society. D is a hormone and is in every cell in your body. Greatly beneficial to know and maintain good levels. Test your 25 Hydroxy next time. I'd also imagine you'd be just fine bumping up to 5K per day.

Will do. I have never had my bw done for personal info.

I had it done for medical insurance last year through my work. (for a discount)
I don't see Hydroxy on there. It was supposedly a full panel. But it doesn't contain any hormone levels either.

Everything was in range except my bilirubin was a tad high. (1.3) Range was 0.0-1.2. But my doctor said it was fine

I will ask my doctor about testing my D levels when I review this years bw
