Did you read it? What about the studies he posted, did you read them? He complains about the beneficial studies are "short term", yet he counters with more "short term" studies. Also, I'm not a rat, so he can shove those studies where the sun don't shine.

Finally, you'd have to be pretty damn stupid to take too much of anything. Everything in excess is dangerous, including water, air, snake skin... you name it.

MDA is not a concern at all. Maybe if you have Aids. But the average healthy human body fights this crap all day with ease. That's how we're designed. Heck, a small dose of CoQ10 can resolve any of this if it ever was an issue.

I don't know anyone that has supplemented with more fish oil, more consistently and for as long as I have. I'm as healthy as I can get.
