Glucose?
Hi just wondering if anyone as used or taken glucose powder/pills before workout and is it true that it gives great energy and pump?

Nope, rambunctious and cvnt are my 2 favourites. Both widely underused.
Just trying to instil in people that there are no shortcuts. People spend a long time gaining fat and getting out of shape and then want instant gratification by taking a concoction of chemical compounds because they are too lazy to actually put in any work. When ones work ethic is right and your body gets to a certain state then there are things that work synergistically with that, but only with that.NO SOURCES GIVEN
