NOW Carbo Gain
I know the discussion of "post workout carbs" is a highly debatable topic. Some agree, some don't. But I agree on it.
My question is what is the best option. NOW Carbo Gain(cheap), Gatorade powder(cheap as well, but does have a good amount of sugar), or just eating a meal full of carbs post?
Has anyone tried NOW Carbo Gain?

Shake(WHEY+glucose/maltodextrin 50:50)
45min later I have meal!

Thanks for response.
I'll just stick to the shake directly postworkout then a meal afterwards.
