    Post workout

    Could any1 tell me a good post workout shake.
    I also have a very high metabolism so find it hard to put weight on so I will be using critical mass with it. Only just starting to train again so trying to bulk up.

    Matrix whey is pretty good. Not too sickly. Look on eb. Also if u find it hard to gain weight. Use half the amount of water or less and still have a meal after. You'll get your immediate boost. And your complex feed for next 2.5 hours.

    Ok thanks I was thinking about trying reflex growth matrix. Any1 tried it? The reviews look pretty good but apparently the taste isn't its best feature

    Make a protein shake with milk instead of water and blend lots of berries in there. Have some fruit on the side and then have a big meal after for more cals. Eat eat eat!
