    Good Pre Workout

    Hey Guys

    Just want to find out what some of the members are using my PRE WORKOUT doesnt seem to maintain its effect anymore
    Should i take more or change ???

    Recommendations of good products ???

    I'm on C4 now. It's so so, but not as good as Iforce maximize V2, with hemavol. Once your body adapts to it, effects aren't as good. For me anyways.

    I just mix some beta alanine, creatine and instant coffee, and drink it before I train, it works like a charm

    Hey brotha, xplode seems best for me. At 2.5 scoops!!!

    IMO I think it's best to eat wait at least 2 hours then take prework out more toward empty stomach

    Also a good cocktail is
    1scoop original jacked
    1scoop no xplode
    1scoop c4 with like 8_10 oz water

    Taste is the best lol

    I've tried many and find most of them wear off over time. Right now using citrulline + arginine....and some coffee when needed.

    Big fan of bodybuilding.com's platinum series scream, but a newer pre workout called nano vapor by like cell tech or something is great, I also like. 1MR and PumpHD, I have a gnc hookup so I get tons of samples and I hear a lot of people like c4 but i think it's absolute shit oh and MP Assault isn't bad either

    Caffiene and ephedrine. Cheap and effective.

    You could do one of two approaches: First stop taking all pre-workouts and caffeine for that matter for the next 7-14 days or continue taking them and using an adrenal support supplement. Look for something with Rhodiola Rosea Root. Using the adrenal support supplement seems to work just a well as taking the stim break.
