Fish oil % of EPA and DHA
which fish oil cap is better?
one contains 530mg EPA and 90mg DHA the other has 330mg EPA 220mg DHA

Go with the higher DHA. EPA is not stored in your body and DHA is in every cell.
Try to find one that contains Vitamin E, or be sure to take vitamin E with it to protect the fatty acids.
The one below contains 10 IU tocopherols per pill

In mine it say 5mg vitamin E per capsule. Is that enough?
Doing 3capsules twice a day.

cheers mate.....im using the one with higher DHA at the min and it has 10mg of vit e also.....

It's just the measurement they chose. Vitamin E in different forms will yield different results. Use the calculator at the bottom of this link to determine which E you have and convert..
