    Pre workout in the evening

    I go to the gym about 6-7 in the evening. I am looking for a good pre workout that won't keep me awake all night. Any suggestions ?

    i used to take pre work out around that time i couldnt handle it melatonin kinda helped but in the end i switched to mornings..

    Strong coffee...then some ZMA and/or Melatonin before bed.

    I want to try craze but there is lots of rumours that it will cause a fail on a test and I am subject to random tests at work
