    No more supplements

    Coming off everything for a month to see what happens.. I can't remember last time I haven't taken something daily, it's been years! No pre workout, no protein powder, and no blah blah..

    Anyone ever done this? If so how did they feel

    I do think we can over do them. I don't take any of my supps on the weekend. To kind of let my body reset.

    This should be interesting. I've been wanting to cut almost all of my supplements if you don't notice a difference I'll try it.

    I think its a good idea,,Taking a break from time to time.
