I just recently started to drink water out of gallon jugs. My question is what would be a great supp to add into that gallon to sip on all day. I take multis and fish oil twice daily, a pre workout, and a post workout protein shake.

I googled red cordial and it's basically a cool aid, not exactly what I'm looking for
Just drink water, best thing on earth. Why do you want to add something to it? The more you drink straight water, the more craving you will have for it. At least that is my experience.
The only two things I can think of to add to water would be BCAA's (the need to supplement with them is a whole other discussion) and when I'm cutting I sometimes add the squeezable crystal light liquids to trick my mind into thinking I'm filled.

Ok I'll prob add some bcaas, I'm just wanting something to help preserve muscle while cutting cals and fat. Any suggested bcaas?
