I know your a busy guy...im sure people blow you up-asking for advice and what not. But, you also have asked for this! You know that. Im sure you realize that if people know you are capable and knowledgable-you will then be held at a high standard. Thats where im coming from bro! BUT its my fault for placing expectations on you.
I tried "calling you out" originally, about day 2 of my post with no response. I then, tried emailing you-and again no response. So, after my 3rd attempt you graciously respond with "worthless waste of money".

In the time you took to pm Austin to ask him to read your post you could have read one of his very beneficial posts especially the one about vitamins minerals ect. And would have know he doesn't "approve" of most OTC multi vitamins... everyone's needs are different. he basically broke down what each vitamin does and how it reacts to others.
