    Hey guys! I just got mineral pills and not sure how to dose it.

    In 1 pill :

    333mg calcium
    133,3mg magnesium
    8,3mg zinc

    I am thinking 3pills day? Pm?

    Holy crap, lol. If you take 3 ,that would be good amount of zinc, but way too much magnesium. (is that 1333 magnesium???)

    Calcium should be ok but I never supplement with it.

    Don't need calcium. Have plenty Calcium in Excess is something I just don't want. If it's in range, I leave it alone. Like Vitamin K.

    3 doses should be good then!

    Yeah, I would take that before bed, not during the day. Magnesium is a muscle relaxer.
