Sheesh. Is it really that hard to get protein in without being disgusting? lol. I guess if you like the taste, it doesn't matter. I'd rather lose muscle before I ate something I didn't like.

My wife put salmon and vanilla protein powder in a blender once. I told her if she EVER mixes that crap again I'm shipping her back to Vietnam.

People over think things too much.

Protein powder, egg whites, almond milk, oats, banana/blueberries and a dash of EVOO. It's not that difficult.

I've never gagged so much in my life. No amount of vanilla or honey could have made that crap enjoyable.

Funny that OP should mention concerns mixing milk and fish ... the old people here throw a fit whenever you mention eating fish with dairy products...especially yogurt (laban)...they say it will poison the body...I personally have mixed them over the years and never had any sides or issues whatsoever...

as for OP, you should consider the amount of protein you are taking in at one shot and how much the body can process at one time...IMO it would be a waste to try and gulp down more than a specific amount per serving and focus on splitting the dose over the duration of the day.

but i was just wondering about adding canned tuna, coz like old people said, tuna/fish+milk will make something bad to your body.

Only if you want to gain fat. Weight gainers are NOT muscle gainers and are loaded with artificial sweeteners that will make you gain fat. There is no need for weight gainers IMO.
