Im looking into doing some B12 shots to help increase my appetite and energy. I have a few questions im hoping you guys can answer:
1. Any advantage to going IM as opposed to sub-q? (I think I would prefer sub-q)
2. I know methyl b12 is the best... but my source doesnt list it as methyl b12 this is the description- Vit B1 100 mg, Vit B6 50 mg, Vit B12 1000 mcg, D-Pantehnol 50 mg. Does this sound good?
3. What is a good protocol? 1000mcg 2x a week?
