    MP Assault (Pre-WO), can you take it PWO?

    Hello,

    I workout early morning while fasting (i only drink water and Xtend pre-workout and during workout), my question is can i take MP Assault PWO with my Protein shake? does the ingredients (attached) looks helpful for a PWO supp.?

    I tried it today anyway, i feel a bit warm that's all.

    It's the best pre workout I've ever used.

    It is sold as a pre-workout supp but my question here was to know if its going to do me good if i take it post-workout (which i did today).

    i wake up @ 6:45AM and go to the gym (fasting) between 8:30AM and 9AM. I only take BCAA before/during my workout (1Hour= 30min weightlifting + 30min cardio)

    As i said above, all day i felt a bit warmer but also i noticed that my forearms were bumped and looks more vascular than normal. Energy wise post-workout, nothing different.
