    Which fat burner is the best and how do they work ? How do we cycle ? How long do u take and how much do u take ?

    I recommend austinites fat loss protocol. Rumor has it he really knows his stuff. If your just begining your research on fat burning, that would be the ultimate starting point

    I used to take oxy elite but I found that didn't work well for me at all. I used it for about 4 weeks, but never went back to it.
    And I've never heard of this austinite

    Fat burners are shit IMO. Do they work, sure. Will you keep the weight off afterwards, nope. Spend your money else where.


    Augustine's stack is good IMO.
