    Im on adderall XR 30mg

    Im never hungry when I take this I have to force myself to eat. I guess I can use this as part of my diet plan. The only thing im worried about is sending my body into shock from dropping my calorie intake.

    It's like legal meth. Awful for you. Makes eating seem impossible and like ^^^ said, very addictive. I'd look for an alternitave immediately.

    You're not going to go into shock from not eating unless you become severely hypoglycemic (which is rare unless you're using insulin or on certain meds). So I wouldn't worry about that theory.
