ZMA worth it?
Gotta order some protein and was wondering if ZMA is worth using? Also I use to use creatine a few years ago (tried n.o. explode then just plain mono) I never got much of an effect as far as weight gain from either one... can anyone recommend a good creatine that works?

ZMA- IMO no its not worth it.
Creatine I always just used plain old monohydrate

Do folks take this as a pre workout? Magnesium is a muscle relaxer, I see that counter productive if so...

Is creatine even worth it? I have used monohydrate before with no results as far as weight gain/ performance.

Never really looked into this. But it looks like Zinc, Magnesium and B6, right? What is the purpose? I get what they all do, but what's the hype/advertisement?

Its all based on a study done by Victor Conte back in the Balco days that was later proved to be totally bunk. Like literally a totally bogus study. They claimed it was anabolic . Its super cheap but in my experince (yeah I tried it back then) it is totally useless.

It will most definitely help you sleep if you take it before bed.
For the price I think its an alright supplement,,,,totally over hyped
but it does have some effect. Pretty cheap priced these days.

Yeah as said earlier its suppose to help with sleep... some have even reported intense dreams (which I seem to have anyways) I have used it before and I did notice I started waking up with morning wood more often than usual but who knows if it was related.
