if you guys want to talk about how high is the fat in it, pls explain clearly, coz in the Amount Per Serving, it says 8g of Total Fat per scoop.

bec. i see in the other posts in this forums, whenever i mention "weight gainer", people immediately say "high in fat, will make u fat,, etc.."

like this one...

Weight gainers are FAT gainers not muscle gainers. Don't waste the money.

^ Could be high in fat for them. But as redz said. If you choose that gainer, just use portions that would meet your macros, then it doesn't matter.
