You see, Amino acids have different purposes. Some are most beneficial pre workout, some post workout, some all day long.

Post well balance shake (depending on goals) I use matrix anabolic for price n punch. But!!!! Also eat soon after. Juss put half milk/water measure n add bit more powder. Well ah. U can eat a balanced meal 10-15 mins later.
Pre keeps u in anabolic state. I even do a
meal say at 1pm
Shake at 2pm (compact) well balanced
Pre-workout supps 2:30
2:45 another 2gs l-citt.(can make u sickly) only I do this Lolz
3pm workout at gym
4pm finish
4:05 shake (compact)
4:15-4:20 meal
N continue as normal. That is just what I do.
