    ephedrine

    took 25mg today for the first time and felt like i drank a small cup of coffee....disappointing...

    Back when I used it I would stack it with caffeine and aspirin, that was like 15 years ago. Worked great as I remember. I could buy it at the local gas station. Not anymore.

    Yeah I just wanted to test my tolerance to ephedrine alone, but planning on adding in 200mg caffeine tomorrow pre-workout. Hopefully it makes a big difference

    I;ve been reading and see that most ECA stacks don't exceed 25mg ephedrine. Would it be ok to increase the dose as needed due to my high tolerance of stims?

    how do you know what your tolerance is?

    i've now taken 50mg ephedrine with 200mg caffeine and barely feel anything. maybe it's still doing its job as a fat burning stack but I'm looking for something to make me wired for my workouts.


    dmaa used to work very well, might try that next

    Go with the pre-workout mixes, I wouldn't keep upping the ephedrine though. The 25 mg doesn't have a huge effect on me either, I take it with caffeine like you did.
