    NAC causing back pumps

I know from experience and training clients that back pumps on orals are Ur kidneys working over time, not some mad pump cause your a beast on roids ..

im not on anything other then DIM which shouldn't effect anything but my digestive track , yet from starting NAC recently i have been feeling back pumps. The timing with everything is only related with adding NAC.

has anyone else experienced problems with NAC?

    hahaha funny shit

How much NAC are you taking? I've been on 600mg ED off cycle for a few months now and never had any problems.

Not sure was DIM is but I know on cycle you need to up the dosage of NAC

when do you get these back pumps? randomly or during your workout?

Im pretty busy so I just grabbed this from some refs i had filed quickly but I hve a feeling somewhere in this study may be some type of eplaination: N-acetylcysteine enhances muscle cysteine and glutathione availability and attenuates fatigue during prolonged exercise in endurance-trained individuals
Ill get back to it later when i have more time

maybe try lowering your NAC dosage...I've used 250mg ED (taken at night before bed) for about a year now with no back pumps

Mockery, are you heavier right now than usual? Sometimes I find when I'm walking around heavier after a bulk I get lower back pumps on exercises such as squats.

yeah squats giving me lower back pumps

cardio giving me very bad quad and shin pumps. so something else must be at play.

but i usually associate lower back pumps with kidneys in pain from sups.
