    AI Cycle Support

    What are your guys thoughts?

    I'm sick of taking so many pills and the ingredients and doses of this product look pretty good. Anyone used/using this?

    Red Yeast Rice - 1200mg - Good!
    Silymarin (milk thistle extract) - 1000mg - Worthless!
    NAC 1200mg - Great!
    Hawthron Bery 1000mg - Not bad.
    Saw Palmetto 300mg - Meh!
    Policosonol 20mg - Ok.
    Celery Seed Extract - 150mg - Meh. Maybe at 500 mg
    Nettle Root - 250mg - Better than Saw Palmetto!
    Idebenone 100mg - Not sure...

    Not really, Mp. If you want to avoid taking a ton of stuff, you're going to end up taking a supplement like this one. Basically you'll have a few decent things and a bunch of stuff you don't need. But this one will help with cholesterol and liver and a bit for the prostate. So I wouldn't say it's junk. If the actual ingredients are pure, you should be fine.
