Magnesium and calcium deficiency
i have been battling tight muscles and knots throughout my body my whole life. i have been doing some research trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with me and i may have stumbled upon something. i am thinking that i could be deficient in both calcium and magnesium. here are a few reasons why i think so: asthma, tight muscles, immune function, broke my arm twice (11 and 13) throwing a baseball (bone was almost hollow upon xray where i broke it), and the main one, tendonitis. i feel like my body is in constant state of tendonitis. i crack and creek at every joint, i don't even think i can sneak up on a helen keller!
just wondering if there are any tests that you all know of that i can maybe schedule to determine if this is a plausible reason to my tendonitis.
also, i started supplementing more magnesium citrate last night and plan on getting some calcium. i am assuming that i will also need to be taking vit C with the magnesium and vit D (not sure which one) with the calcium for absorption. is this correct?
any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

^ Ha! Yes, I do
OK so obviously you need to test for these minerals to see if you're deficient. See if you can schedule a time to see an orthopedic. I think if you had any bone demineralization it would be pretty evident, then again I would think that at the time you had X-rays done, red flags would have been raised. Maybe later development?
I hate calcium and hate supplementing it. See if you have a deficiency as that could be a parathyroid malfunction.
D and Calcium go together, but I don't think there's 'absorption' issues.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

They were thinking about doing bone grafts at the time but I didn't want surgery. I haven't had any bone problems since then and played sports after both breaks.
I'll do some research on the parathyroid malfunction. I def need to go get tested and thinking about trying the clinic. Maybe Obamacare can cover it? Hahaha.
Thanks again aust as I need to figure this out. It keeps me from training hard, my mind is in but my body is screaming for help!
