    Head is going to explode

    I have been doing research for so long my head feels like it's going to explode, lol. Does anyone know where I can get a plan written out as far as what to eat and what supplements to take without paying someone? I'm on VA disability payments so my gym fees are barely affordable.

    you don't need supplements

    as far as diet goes, lean protein eg. fish, chicken, lean cuts of beef, eggs etc.. and lots of veggies and your g2g

    That can be answered in the Diet section. As Kronik said, you don't need supps.

    Just post a thread in the nutrition section, give them your weight, height, body fat, age, and your goals. They will help you.

    like i said before, eat lots of lean protein and veggies, up your cardio until you start to drop lbs..

    I love Short supps list. A lot of it from your vast knowledge in the threads. I would say in favour of supps over and beyond (used as a supp not a meal replacement.) And many of us hardliners use supps as an extra boost or piece of a puzzle as I see it.
    Maybe shake immediately upon waking as body has in effect "fasted" over night and we are depleted. Not good to stay in the most anabolic way possible. Breakfast as normal 20 mins after shake (once absorption is established).
    Msm crystals. They help with collagen synthesis I believe. Perfect for aiding in the repair of damaged tendons/cartilage. Does it also act secondary as a mild anti inflammatory? Can't remember.
    My favourite present supps.
    Strong black coffee (normal)
    L-Citrulline
    L-Arginine
    Pumps. Are. Immense!;-)

    These are but a few of the vast array of supps which as people who are trying to achieve the extraordinary, need to eat+supplement extraordinarily.

    N yes only over and above a SOLID diet. I would still 100% say food is the most important part of achieving goals though. Just to be clear. ;-)

    Roger that. My diet has improved ten fold since I joined this forum, thanks for the help.
