creatine is a waste of money and hard on the kidneys. I really have no idea why people take it!

It is the best bang for the buck out there and has no negative impact when used properly. There are literally thousands of studies demonstrating this.

Lol @ creatine being a waste of money. If that's the case then all supplements are a waste of money.

not a waste of money. But it's absolutely not necessary. So for some, yes, it's a waste of money. But that could be said about anything.

When someone says things like it's a waste of money though, some people might read that and think that creatine doesn't work, which is far from true. For the average guy or girl looking at supplements for a boost in performance, strength and help building muscle, there isn't an OTC supplement out there that is going to help them do that better than creatine.

Probably. Arginine has been studied a million times and proven in every aspect, yet some people still don't use it.

My point was,, it's OK to say that something is a waste of money. It's merely an opinion. For me, creating will do nothing. Absolutely nothing beneficial that I can't do without it. So for me, it's 100% waste of money.

I like CREATINE but typically only use it during OFF periods for an extra natural kick.
